The District is governed by a five-person elected Board of Directors. These individuals live in the District and volunteer time and talent to address a variety of water-related concerns.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Director Beard specializes in accounting, budgeting and management of water and sanitation districts. For over 20 years, Darcy’s expertise, advice and fiscal restraint have ensured that each of the seven districts she serves operate in a fiscally responsible manner through annual budget studies, annual rate reviews, review of capital improvement programs and monthly review of all income and expenditures. Director Wasserman has 15+ years’ experience as an Executive Recruiter. Currently, he is President of Parker Executive Search Consultants Inc. Prior to becoming a recruiter, he had 23 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industries in Operation’s Management. Bill held various Senior Management positions including Director of Packaging, Director of Corporate Production Planning Inventory Control, and Director of Purchasing. Director McCurry is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado with over 20 years of experience in municipal and industrial water, wastewater and wet waste design/build, construction, process, treatment and engineering and operational management. Director Klotz retired from Media News [The Denver Post] where he was controller for Fox Street and Commercial Production plants for 14 years. As a CPA working in private industry his career included numerous start-up and turnaround situations in construction, oil and gas production, manufacturing and data processing services.
